K.R. Architectural Design are delighted to have been granted Planning Permission for another satisfied Client. The project involves a new single storey extension to the side of the property with a complete remodel of the existing roof towards the rear, and internal alterations throughout the ground floor to provide an open plan kitchen, dining & living area.

We will now be progressing the project with our Client to achieve Building Regulations approval, ready to start building work on site in the near future... 🏠✏️✅
